Colored Orbs???

I don't know what else to call them... they were more like colored blob-y floating things...

I was at my friend Anne's house (which seems to have a resident ghost) and about a week and a half ago we were sitting in her room listening to music. I was staying the night there so my stuff was just laying around and so were we, just talking. I took a picture of something in her direction (I don't remember what, doesn't matter). She opened her eyes and suddenly stopped talking; she then said slowly "Look behind you..." and I turned around and well... quite frankly didn't see anything. She then said "no, up." So I divert my gaze upward and there is a blue sort of glowing.... thing there. It reminded me of an orb but it was different... I think I will try to doodle it on Paint later. At first I thought it was just her eyes (because of the flash from the picture I just took) but while we were watching it, we said outloud where it was moving to make sure we were not hallucinating or something and we described the exact same thing to eachother! We tried to take a picture of it but by the time we were holding the camera up it disappeared.

She later said she saw another (red-orange) but by the time I figured out where to look it was gone. Anne then told me today on the phone that she keeps seeing them (not constantly all the time, but appearing with more frequency rather), not just in her room but all over the place.

I want to Google this but I don't know what to call it! 8O She said they aren't bothering her but she (and I for that matter) are curious as to what they are. I've never seen such a thing before. If anyone needs more info, I have more to spare... I just don't know what info is needed to figure out what it is.

I'm familiar with them...I call them fairies. In my experience, they like to watch, fly around, interact with psychically active people, and play with those who are young-at-heart, children, and dogs. Those I have been in the presence of didn't seem to like cats much. They seem like 'elementals of Nature' (as opposed to 'of Fire' or whatever). There are even some in the ground that I don't see but do hear that I call 'grumblies'. I've never been able to verify if these are the fairies that other people talk about......

I have had similar experiences but have no idea what you would call them. Though they are beautiful.
