Issues with new house

hi- my boyfriend and I are in the process of buying our first home. everything went well with the banks and we submitted our bid for the house. now the only problem is 2 other people have also submitted bids for the house....we really NEED this house. we cant afford anything else in our area. so now we just wait to get a call to say wether or not the seller accepts our bid or one of the others... any help would be greatly appreciated. Wonderful! Get the ingredients for the following incense, and smudge the whole house with it before you move your stuff in, though. (I posted this elsewhere, but here it is again)

Ingredients

pinch Anise
pinch Fennel
pinch Marjoram
6-7 Bay leaves
2 Tbsp Pine sawdust
1 heaping Tbsp Basil
1 Tbsp (slightly less) Sage
2 tsp Yarrow
1 heaping tsp Dragon's Blood
1 heaping tsp Rosemary
1 heaping tsp Cloves
1 tsp Vervain

grind together with a mortar and pestile while chanting:

"The light that guides"
"The light that guards"
"The light that leads"

when everything has been reduced to a thick powder, add 12+/- drops of patchuli oil, and 6+/- drops of cypress oil, continue chanting and grinding.

After everything is mixed well, let the incense rest for one day in a sealed glass container.

Smudge your house/home/apartment/dwelling/cave starting at the main entry and working your way counter-clockwise through the home. Pay special attention to windows (say outloud "Guard this home"), vents, doors, phones, modems...any connection to the outside world.
