I think its just a kid suffering a horrible disease -probably something like SJD (although I doubt its that) or along that line

Its a disease thought to be caused by a allergic reaction to drugs (medical drugs) that causes skin rashes, ulcers, blindness and even death -quite often the pictures of sufferers are similar (though not quite the same) to that of the kid in this video

That has got to be one of the most disturbing things I have ever seen, or at least, I thought so until I stumbled across this page:

I am not sure if this is what is wrong with the baby in the video you posted, but this baby has similar deformities. The picture is the eleventh one on the page, and I am reasonably sure this article explains what happened to the baby in your video. Please be advised, these pictures are very graphic in nature.

wow..... i really dont know what to say about that it looks like a medical problem but I dont know never seen anything like that good thing I was not eating before I saw that, jeez that weirded me out and I have seen alot being an EMT and all
