Question for those who do things at a distance

I know this question is going to be varied, but that is what I expect.

I was curious how you do it and what it feels like to do your divination at a distance-- so any form of psychic-ness, tarot, runes, etc.

I was always curious about this-- like how Sylvia Browne can do readings 1000s of miles away.

Can someone explain it to me?

I don't know, it feels about the same when I've done it. But it'll be me chatting online with people I know in person, then giving them a reading. I just think of them and do the reading. Strangely it's easier the less I concentrate.
