Hello all.
Why do we all call things such as Psi, Aliens, ghosts, and etcetera "paranormal". Is it not normal? It is normal, it is just unknown. I never refer to these things as the paranormal, though I must do my research with that term because of today's societal views on these things. :shaker:

Paranormal
Beyond the range of normal experience of scientific explaination. Not in accordance with scientific laws.
Its not that it is abnormal, just doesnt fit within the perspective or scope of scientific explaination.

I've never been much of a science guy... They should just call it the "unexplained" or how about the "paraexplained"? lol.

I don't see why "paraexplained" wouldn't work. LOL From the medical dictionary para is a prefix meaning many things.
Para - A prefix with many meanings: alongside of, beside, near, resembling, beyond, apart from, and abnormal. This was found at Medi-lexicon: Medical Abbreviations Dictionary (http://www.pharma-lexicon.com/).
