seeking some advice... (Telekinesis)

You may remember my previous posts about having problems controlling my 'gifts'. I am still having some trouble. Now I'm able to have more control over what ( I.e. levitating a book instead of just something on a table) but the where is a problem. I try and levitate a book in my home, and my sister suddenly finds one of hers floating about. I've tried talking to my 'gifts' and setting boundaries, but everything I try doesn't seem to work. So I'm curious, does anyone have any ideas on how I can 'fix' this little problem and keep the results near me?

All I can tell You is this: Practice makes perfect. Well maybe not always perfect but it sure helps! Keep practicing, You will get the swing of things by doing so. Do not get frustrated and give up. Perhaps meditate and visualize before you begin to give your minds eye an idea of what you wish to accomplish? That may help.

It might help us if we knew EXACTLY what method or techniques you use to make things "levitate."

There is a psychokenesis class that is getting organized in the CoT. Look in the CoT discussions... Someone has offered themselves up as sacrif... um.. teacher... and they have posted links to sites specifically on learning the stuff. I'd recomend you contact the teacher and look at those sites.
