I would suggest you hang around a little longer here, get to know people and stuff.. This is perhaps your 3rd post. As for soulmates, here the assumption is that you are going to meet your soulmate. No, no, there is not rule like that... you can ask for a reading anytime. :) You could also check out the Tarot Forum - Member to member readings. Just play around, that's all I meant.
