Gathing personal stories for book

I have ideas for my next book, and though I don't really have time to dedicate to it. I can't stop thinking about doing it.

Anyway, I will want to collect personal stories from people. Stories regarding motherhood and other related experiences. Any suggestions what would be the best way to do this? Posting in forums, ads in magazines, witchvox announcement?

Any successes or failures getting personal tales from the Pagan population at large?

I recommend going the WitchVox route. I got a mass email from Kerr Cuhulain earlier this year (I've emailed him a couple things to look into for his Witch Hunts series, and he added me to his mailing list) requesting information from different paths, and I forwarded it to a friend of mine on a warrior path.

I dont think there is really quick way to get what you need. Gathering that sort of thing is a matter of talking people up, listening carefully and figuring out what you can use. Is your book fiction or non fiction and what is it about?
