I am directing a show at the moment. The cast and crew are quite negative. It's hard to get them to listen! or perform. It is their own work. We need help. IT opens Thursday night. I feel sick. Please help

Create a 'burned show' to let off some steam...write up all their negative comments at their byatchiest, and get other people in the cast to play those they cannot stand (or if there aren't any of those, those they dislike), and rename it "How to ruin ___ (the name of your show) in 30 minutes or less"
Write fast and have them rehearse it on Wednesday!
