My nausea is becoming quite bad- to the point where it is nearing impossible to face work in the mornings. If any of you could spare some energy to ban this nausea it would be greatly appreciated. I can deal with the fatigue and sore boobs, but this nausea is so destructive to my daily life, it sucks big time.

Blessings of pregnancy eh?

Oh Horsecrow, i know exactly what it's like.
Everytime i went to the doctor complaining of excessive sickness, he told me that it meant the baby was strong..small comfort to the suffering mom though
Anti sickness energies coming your way hon :hugz:

Can you take peppermint tea? Or sometimes just inhaling the vapor can help nausea.

Oh HorseCrow, how I know your agony. :( Peppermint or ginger candies are helpful. Try to keep your blood sugar levels from dropping too much ,may help too. In the meantime, sending lots of energies to chase away that awful queasy feeling.

Brightest of Blessings!!

I don't know if it will help, but I eat eclipse mints (spearmint) to stop travel sickness, so they might be worth a shot if you're a ginger-hater like me. :p

Thank you guys :hugz:

My nausea has gotten so bad that I had to see the hospital I work at from the other side today- as a patient. I was shaking and trembling, coldsweat and all and then fainted on the ward. So the doctors got a hold of me- I got an ultrasound, bloodworks, the lot. Everything looks fine with the little bean- there is only one (thank goddess!), so it is just me who is having a hard time. I was put on some meds for the nausea and will have to weigh in once a week and another scan again in two. They want to keep me on a tight leash from now on.

I just pray that I can see it through... when I'm lying with my head in the toilet shaking and sweating it feels like I'm going to die. I can deal with the fatigue, the sore boobs, needing to pee all the time, but the nausea, oh my... it is killing me.

Take a 2 inch sectionof fresh ginger root, peel, slice and crush it, put ina pot with 2-3 cups of water and bring to a boil. Strain, sweeten with honey, and drink. Best of luck on the wee little nugget!

I just also wanted to slip and say that most of what I've read, says that peppermint is on the pregnancy no-no list. I don't have anything to offer, but I feel for you. :hugz:

Oops! If peppermint is off limits then I messed up, because I sure did take it alot with my pregnancies. Here we all are giving advice to a midwife lol! Horsecrow, I'm sorry you're feeling so bad. Energy to you, and yes, it's all so worth it.
