Decongestant, healing energies

I've had the flu for 5 days and battling congestion in my head and chest.
I can't hardly hear from the fluid in my ears and my chest feels like someone took a bat to it.
Any healing energies would be greatly appreciated!

Try this, if you can stand it:
Take a wee amount of tomato juice, maybe two or three tablespoons in a small jar(baby food), and add as much black pepper, cayenne and hot sauce as you think you can take. Down it all in one swallow. Do this every day for at least three days.* Good luck.
