I'm having another panic attack this morning. I asked my husband for a seperation (ultimately divorce) and it's been ... "tough" isn't quite the word I'm looking for.

Need to be held.

I have been suffering a great deal the last year with panic attacks. My husband and I are also having alot of issues but we have only been married 10 almost 11 months. We are seperated right now. He is in a hotel. :collapse:

I have found that the way my anxiety attacks have been subsiding is by doing my best to calmly voice my opinions and feelings. It isn't really changing how I feel but the anxiety isn't so free floating now.

I don't know if that would help you but my thoughts are with you.

I went through that a few years ago, had really bad depression after kicking his butt out of the house, and then had a couple of anxiety attacks after filing for divorce. It's a very difficult thing to get through, but I know you've put a lot of thought into making the right decision, and in time you will be much happier. I sure am.
