I've always loved dragons, and recently I've started researching dragon magick. Found these two sites...www.whiterosesgarden.com (http://www.whiterosesgarden.com) (has several dragon pages) and http://www.lunarpages.com/dragongirl/magick/dragon-enc.html (http://www.lunarpages.com/dragongirl/magick/dragon-init.html) (hope I got that link right)
but was just wondering if anyone has any more good links or information. I'm going to keep up with my meditating and perhaps contact a dragon.

Thanks for the links. I'm interested in the idea myself. I've read a couple books on it. Being a dragon myself (chinese astrology) and the fact that my husband collects them, I'm quite open to the idea. They seem like they may be on a similar plane or dimension as faeries or gnomes. I don't know...? I'm still learning a lot.

Some people believe they are (ie. DJ Conway type stuff), then again I've read that they exist on another separate plane that is older/more powerful/something like that. I'm still searching for that link I lost about real chaos magick and dragon magick. *shrugs*

dragons exist on the astral plane as most any spiritual entities do. i think they also reside on a "mythological" plane (for lack of a better word) that griffins and phoenixes and stuff go off to. . . a hideaway from the likes of us mere historical creatures.

When you say mythological plane are you referring to the plane within our minds?

*ruffles her wings a little grumpily* one of those site says that dragons do not exist in this world. i wont take it personally (this time;)) but we do. we are part of the community know often as otherkin, people who believe that their souls are not human, or that they were not human in one or more past lives.
i my self have been a dragona nd an elf in turn and both parts of them are as real now as they were when they walked the physical plane. we do exist. that site, tysha's forum, it is based mainly around otherkin dragons. i do belive tysha herself is a dragon.
if you want to know more about draconity, rather than dragon magick, here you are;

btw i have nothing against dragon magick. i have a guide myself, just be careful what you say about them/us pls:)

in my understanding, the mythological plane is both a special place in astral as well as within one's mind. . . most any astral place can be manifested/reached internally through links and meditation--its basically how i astral.
however, my statement does not exclude the presence of dragons in the physical plane. there are many in England, and a friend and i ran into one in northern arizona. but they are definitely not as plentiful as they used to be, and i have yet to hear of one that manifested as a physical "i can touch your tail please dont burn me" dragon. i dont disrespect them at all; i only know one personally but she eats magma and stuff and was five at one time, so i dont go looking for more. . . she's quite enough!
