I've heard that Jesus travelled to and spent time in Buddhist and Hindu countries, does anyone know if this is true, since i wasn't sure (i didn't know how you'd get from Palestine/Israel to India/Tibet). On this site Jesus the lost years (http://reluctant-messenger.com/issa.htm), it says
Today they still know him and love him as St. Issa. Their 'buddha'
Do you think that he might have learnt some mystical things from them, also i heard that he was part of a Jewish mystical group called the Essenes, was he and does anyone know what they believed (like were they Jewish Gnostics, did they use the Kabbalah, etc).
Also were there many travellers from the Middle East to India or Tibet or was Jesus the first (or one of the first).
