I would suggest just looking around mysticwicks. Read the Newbie FAQs. Go into the chat room and ask questions. You might also want to check out witchvox.com or witchschool.com. Good luck!

Yea, what everyone else has said is great. There's so much you can learn from MW that's already here!! And there are great websites. Try a google search...
Read, read, and read some more! :D

I'd suggest some research first before you hop into anything... if you are somehow unable to use your local library, you can try some simple web searches for free articles about the wiccan tradition.
I'd answer your questions, but unfortunately I'm not wiccan. However, if you want to know anything about eastern philosophies, do PM me.

This is the best website for the new Wiccan (besides MW of course):
Wicca: For The Rest of Us (http://wicca.timerift.net)
Plus, it was written by one of our own.

There are some parts of the site you do have to pay for, but there are a few classes you can take for free.

For a quick rough intro to Wicca I suggest "Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner" by Scott Cunningham. You should be able to get it at your local library... and if they don't have a copy, you should be able to get a copy on inter library loan. There are tons of web sites and authors out there. The biggest thing is to read as much as you can and use your logic!

If you're over 18, there may be a local group that gives classes. You might want to check Witchvox or your local metaphisical bookstore. Or ask local Wiccans.

Check out the COT here on MW.
Look up info online.
Check out some of Scott Cunningham's books, such as Living Wicca, or Wicca for the Solitary Practitioner.
