Change in Job Hours request

I'm asking for energy for a change in job hours for my significant other. It would mean that he would be home more to spend time with his kids ("L" whom I've mentioned before) as well as enable him to have more of a normal life (he works night shift right now). I appreciate any extra energy, prayers, good thoughts as this would be a very positive change for him as well as for all of us. It would enable me to be able to work too at night or something if I had him home to watch the kids. So this would be a real positive thing for us.
