This is a very powerful spell, and not for the faint hearted... use it wisely.

Firstly, set the mood. Sit in a darken room with candles, make sure they're black wax. Use an audio device of some kind, and play some mood music, drums are recommended. Sit in the center of the room, crossed legged holding a mirror in front of your face with one hand. Rock back and forth while humming softly, gradually building in volume and tempo. After five minutes it's time to complete the ritual. Move your free hand in front of your face, form a fist with you index finger extended and facing your left eye. Then think about how much of an idiot you are and rapidly poke yourself in the eye until you're blind and/or you bleed profusely from the eye.

No--I will not teach you how to fight with magic, happymajickaldragonz . The title of the course is Magical SELF DEFENSE. quite a different concept than what you're asking for.
