Semi and I will be going on a 4 day trip to Rhodes in September, and we *might* make it over to Kos too, or several other little islands in the area.

I know there are several temples in Rhodes, and a wealth of Greek History and Spirituality there (duh, I'm a Classical Studies student!) -- I was wondering if any of you Hellenic Recons would like anything from there.

If you want me to buy you anything specific from Rhodes, or if you want me to pick up a stone from one of the temple areas there for ya.

Now, if you want me to buy anything (assuming you have something specific in mind), I'm willing to maybe find something to trade with you for it, or I'll just give you the price of it after I get it and you can pay me back (paypal, cash).

If its just a small stone from one of the sacred Pagan sites, of course, you guys dont need to pay or anything.

Being a recon myself, though Irish, I understand how valueble stones and such things from the "homeland" are ;)

Since I dont want to be coming back with a bag full of stones and gifts, I am willing to do this for the first 10 people who respond to this thread.

Of course, if you're not a recon, but have spiritual ties to Ancient Greece and the Greek Gods, I am willing to do the same for you too!

that's a wonderful offer, and i'd love to take you up on it!

we have a garden with an on-going stone circle project, and for years we have been dropping small stones from the garden at sacred sites around the world, and gathering stones from those places to put in the garden.
a stone from a sacred site in Rhodes or Cos would be a lovely addition, and would continue the 'widening' of our circle.

let me know when you will need my info, but most of all have a great trip!

again, a terrific offer.

No problems..

Ok, its spelled Cos with a C in English  I was doing all the travel arrangements and planning in Hebrew...

And hey, I am glad I can help. Once we get home from the trip, I will PM everyone for addresses. For now, I will take the names and put the list in my "Rhodes trip" folder.

So I got two people on the list.

Room for 8 more :D

Heh!

I just spelled it in English the way it instinctively came to my mind ;)
