hi everyone ... i was hoping for some help finding out the answer to this question ...
we know that pluto/charon ellipitical orbit is NOT the same as the other planets, so my question was ... does it actually pass through all the constellations ... and how much more (or less) time does it spend passing through ophiuchus, that 13th constellationno one likes to think about, let alone talk about? does anyone know of an online resource that can map the progression of pluto/charon through the constellations based on its wacky orbit?
this also leads me to question which of any chartable bodies you use that passes through the constellation of orion?
** edit ... well i found this http://www.astro.wisc.edu/~dolan/constellations/java/Ophiuchus.html site that has a lovely 3D constellation viewer ... so, it doesn't look like pluto's orbit would reach up so far as to hit orion ... but i am curious nevertheless **
you know that i come at astrology backwards, so bear with me if this is astrology charting 101!
