Would you please send all the positive energies and prayers you can spare for my better half, Lee?

We have a Court case coming up on Wednesday - nothing sinister, we are just trying to get a refund of money from the local Council for some work that they did that we don't believe we should have paid for. Poor Lee is very stressed about it - even though it is the right thing to do - and it is now starting to make him feel ill - he slept virtually all weekend because he felt so bad.

Please help.

Firstly, thank you MinervaMind

Secondly, things have now moved on - our Court case has been set back until 26 April! The Council have applied to have the case struck out and have TOTALLY ignored the most fundamental aspect of our claim. It makes me so angry that a public body can carry on in this way! So, I guess we are just playing a waiting game again. We have booked an appointment to see our solicitor tomorrow to get his advice and we will just have to see where we go from there.

Thank you to all who sent positive energies for Lee.

Just to let you know that we heard from our Solicitor today and the Council have agreed to refund the money they took from us :)

We are now both suffering from the post resolution slump so if you could spare some positive energies for us, we would be very grateful.
