Hi folks.

I don't know if something like this already exists/is implied in the Diviner-Querent relationship, but I've drafted a brief contract which I've titled the Diviner-Querent Agreement. Basically it says that the querent cannot sue the diviner for any decisions he/she makes based on the divination, and the diviner cannot suddenly decide to charge money after having performed the divination. I've attached the file for you to read. If you're interested you're welcome to use it. I'd appreciate any advice - I'm not an expert in any sense of the word, so any wording suggestions are appreciated.

The reason the contract is binding by verbal agreement only is because a.) few cases like this would ever make it to court and b.) it can be tedious to have people sign contracts if you're doing divinations at a divination fair or something.

So yes, if you're interested in helping me revise it/using it, please do! I appreciate your help.
