ive been planning this for almost two weeks. what i want to do i summon Seere from the goetia one of his specialties is stealing :deviltail and im wondering if it would be safe to use my own circle. in the goetia it says he is not hostile and does not fight the conjurer.

what im using is a circle based on egyptian theology. around the circle i have the names of the ennead. inside i have some protective symbols for amulets such as a lion. around the triangle i have three names including a secret name of amun. what do you guys think of me using such a circle?

i will post an account of what happens and upload the circle design, but after contacting Seere, as demons like publicity rewards

Depends on what position you take on Goetic evocation. Some people use a method such like yourself (using your own circle, divine names etc) while others maintain strict adherence to whatever grimoire they're using.

Have you read 'Ceremonial Magic and Power Of Evocation' by Joseph Lisiewski? He takes an extremely hardcore approach to using grimoires. I don't necessarily agree with all that he says, but it was interesting to read a different perspective.

If you have any doubts over the safety of your circle, then are you 100% sure you want to perform the operation? I mean, that regardless whether a person follows the spirit (no pun) versus the letter of the grimoire, if they have lurking doubts in their minds that their circle is not impenetrable, then they might not be that safe.

Good luck & keep us posted of the outcome.
