How do you integrate shamanic practice in your everyday life? I've been wanted to add elements of shamanism in my daily rituals..

I try to meditate even just for half an hour everyday. Though some days I do not succeed.
I also add a prayer of greeting, thanks and honor to my totems and guides and guardians in my daily prayer routine. I makes sure to make offerings to them once a week.
My animals totems are Crow, Owl, and Stag ... so whenever I see one of those animals, I always make a point of acknowledging their presences, usually with a simple head nod, less conspicuous than a bow. I live in the country, and there are many many crows in the area, so there are time when I am driving that I start to feel like one of those novelty bobble heads you put on the dash board.
I also leave out the kind of bird seed crows like, salt licks for deer and do not poison or trap any small mammals that live on my property (so the owls can eat them).
I am always on the lookout for items for my crane bag; small stones, bones etc.
I keep a book on shamanism on the shelf by the toilet lol.

I try to meditate, do healing and energy circulation/cleansing. other things may include reading on subjects. theres always talking to guides. journeying, etc etc.
I also associate a strong moral code with my shamanistic association.
