Main dish

[Astara Seague]

We are having our Lammas celebration on Friday night and are planning a potluck.. I usually take care of the "main" dish.. but because of everything else going on I havent been to "creative" latly
does anyone have a good idea for a simple.. and quick maindish I can prepare to go with the festivities thats a little diffrent then the regular ham or turkey sort of thing
