Seidr Craft?

Hi all,
I have recently heard the term ~ seidr magick and have just read up on it at http://www.freyja.org/

I am very interested to learn more about it!
So I was wondering if anyone here could tell me anymore? Either from personal experineces (which would be amazing) or from what they have learnt? Or how is the best way to go about learning the Runes?

It's being discussed under "Asatru" in the New Pagans Forum, as well as under "Seidr" in the Just Talk Forum.

It needs to be moved otgether so that it's not all over the board. This is ridiculous.

Use your favorite search engine to find Freya Aswynn's site (author of "Leaves of Yggdrassil"). She is prominent in the field. You might also check out a book called "Helrunar" by Jan Fries.

Yes, the discussion of Seidh (or Seidr) should be under "Magic" (and could be discussed under "General Talk", as well), but only has to with divination in a periphal way (kind of a side effect).

Thank you for the feedback Rick ~ I have found Freya Aswynn's site through google and found the site not to mention her biography very interesting ~ I will look to buy her book 'Northern Mysteries and Magic ~Runes, Gods andFeminine Powers' soon. :D

in saider magic you need to get in touch with you fitch most of the time they are aniamals

the fitch is a spirt helper

the fitch travels into the asteral and find things and brngs stuff back

like shamen thing
