I used to dream and dream just a few years ago-
now I don't have many dreams- and when I do- I can't remember them...

I've always heard that when you wake up- from the moment your feet hit the floor- your dreams from that nite start to fade- I fully belive thats true.

Is there anything I can do that will help me dream? Its really important to me and i've tried several things. Tea works well for me but in the summer- its just too hot. ... any suggestions?

You've got a lot going on right now, it's possible that you are dreaming but that your mind isn't holding on to the images as you wake. Things like alarm clocks, ringing phones and crying babies shock your system upon waking and you forget.

A dream journal might help you remember what you're dreaming, just write down anything you recall. Even if it's just a word or a sentence. The more you exercise that section of the mind the more it will recall next time.

Tea works you said, think about WHY tea works. It's comforting and calming. Maybe try a nice cool bath or shower before bed, comfortable sheets or a light nightgown? Burn some incense if you can? Try meditating before you sleep...

I'm sure that if you give a few things a try you will start remembering more.

There might be some stones or crystals to enhance dreaming as well, give that section of the forum a peek perhaps?

And happy dreaming.
