This time it was of an innocent being, surrounded by unnatural cold, like a blizzard or frigged deep water. The biting cold was turning the innocent into something evil. What are the possible meanings?

Sounds like bad circumstances and surroundings are tainting someone. They may do things that you wouldn't expect, or behave in an irrational way.

For example; someone living with their drug dealing roomate starts using and selling hard drugs.
Or someone starts copying the unhealthy behaviours of a parent or spouse, smoking, heavy drinking and suffers health issues as a result.

Visions are usually pretty direct, and frequently talk about you yourself, much like dreams. This may be literal, you may feel that something is influencing you and/or changing you. Then again, it may be more symbolic than that... what does cold mean to you? What sort of 'evil' was it?

If you've ever mapped out a 'brainstorm' on a sheet of paper, this would be a good thing to try. Write down each element that you experienced (cold, unnatural, innocent, evil, person), then write what you associate with these things (cold might have lines to the words blue, water, snow, ice, frigid (attitude), discomfort, calm, peace, etc). As you do this, it should start to form a sort of picture to you of what this could mean. Does that make sense?
