Hello all. I am getting ready to make a dream pillow. I have bought my herbs and have my fabric. The only thing I do not know is if there is a certain amount of each I should use and also what preparation do I need to do with my herbs?

It is a dream/restful sleep/protection pillow and these are the herbs I have:

Star Anise
Lavender
Mugwort
Chamomile
hops
Angelica Root
and one other whose name escapes me right now. I would check but I am at work.

Lastly, Are there any spells I should cast over it, or anything else I should do after it is made?

Are the herbs already dried? If not, that would be the first step. Hang dry, use a dehydrator or the oven. (Use the search for specifics on these as I can't remember the temp/time).

I would personally suggest using lavender the most, chamomile next and then equal parts of the rest. Lavender is the best sleep aid and chamomile runs a close second.

Good luck!
