i have to wonder how well they'd fair in the current, less tolerant TV market. would the fundies be protesting Saturday mornings?

If I were to hazard a guess I would say yes, look at all the protesting over dragonball z and such. What a silly waste of time to worry so much about the state of someone else's soul instead of your own. IMHO
