New series on the history channel in which monster sightings are investigated. First episode was last Wednesday. It was about the Lake Champlain monster. This coming Wednesday's episode is titled "Sasquatch Attack." With a title like that, how could I not watch?

While I really do enjoy these sorts of programs, their being on the History channel never made much sense to me. It's just like the Sci-fi channel broadcasting profession wrestling. I mean, what's the deal? There's enough history that they shouldn't need to include modern paranormal things, right?

There really should be a paranormal channel or something. I'd watch that. _whistle_

Anyways, sorry for my OT rant, but it's just something that I've always found odd, along with their obsession with the Nazi era.

I know. I never understood their episodes of Modern Marvels that were about ancient technology. Not exactly modern. Still, I'll watch. The episode on the Lake Champlain monster featured a woman who had recorded sounds that seemed to be echolocation, something no species in the lake should have. I'm not all that interested in Champ, though. Bigfoot was always my favorite. The commercial for the Bigfoot episode indicated they somehow collected DNA samples.
