I am chatting with yarrow_elfglow right now and she is in some trouble and I am asking you to send what energy you can spare please. here is what happened. This is some parts of the conversation we had and yes she knows I am posting this.

i've never been in trouble excetp for like 2 tickets, but thats it. i've never been in jail execpt for when they arrested me for this shit and im hoping and praying that i don't go back to jail and that i just get put on probation. from what im hearing im gonna be put on probation

Wouldn't her best bet be to plead not guilty? She can enter a plea at her arraignment date. Here in FL, court cases go like this; if you enter a not guilty plea, then it goes to pre trial. If you stick with the not guilty plea at pre trial, it goes to docket sounding. If you stick with the not guilty plea then it goes to trial (either jury or non jury). Usually when the case draws out like this, the person gets a much better deal from the state (counts get dismissed, or reduced), or the case gets dropped. If her parents were to talk to the state attorney and submit a letter to the judge and to the state, that can help to. Although sometimes ex parte communication doesn't get heard.

ChaosHawk all I know is she is facing right now is probation if I understood her right. As for her parents her mom is going to have to testify since Yarrow had no knowledge of the pin numbers. for the ATM cards And when I asked her how her friend got a hold of it she said it was most likely cause they were in the locked box with the ATM cards....

thank you all for the support. if anybody has any questions just pm me and i'll be glad to answer, at the moment, im not feeling up to talking about it much. one of my friends has some connections to some really good lawyers around here and he had them do some investaging for me and from what he told me, there is no evidence aganist me that i stole or used my parents debit card. he also told me that i will more than likey get probation since i have no record. im just really hoping that my lawyer does his job right and gets the video's from the atm's (where this girl used my parents debit card at) so everyone can see i was not behind any of it.

If your parents know that you didn't do it and they aren't pressing charges against you, personally, why were you there for so long? Or did it take them that long to post your bail? when my parents when to drop the charges on me, they state already picked them up. and yes, it took like a week before i was able to bond out. don't worry, im gonna kick her ass so hard, she's gonna feel it for a year

*does a huge happy dance* well, i just got back a few mins ago, and i waved my plimary hearing and i go back to court on the 24 of jan. my lawyer is still trying to get the video from the atm's where the bitch used my parents debit card at, and all im getting is 5 years SIS probation........thats if the judge doesn't drop my case first. the bitch was subpoena to show up today, but she didn't. so now there may be a warrent out for her arrest.

from what my lawyer told me today, if she doesn't show up a few more times, the case may be dropped aganist me.

yes yes i finally got some news................my lawyer sent me a copy of the evidence against me (all it is really is statements) and its not good. the *insert very dirty wod here* bitch's statement is really making it sound like its all my idea. she's very good at lying and making people belive what she wants them to. I will admit, i've done some very bad things in my past, but im trying to get my life straightened up. when i was 17 i took my parents car's a few times without them knowing but thats as bad as it gets. unless you want to inculde drugs.

I had a very long talk with my mother today and she thinks its best if i just take the deal of 5 years probation. I'm going to call my lawyer tomarrow and find out what he thinks would be best. i don't really want to drag this out any longer that i have to. i would like to see the bitch in jail for this, but as long as my parents and my friends know that i had nothing to do with this, nothing else really matter.

Yet, im sill very worried and stressed out about all of this. Im not sleeping much anymore, and i keep hearing nasty rumors about me. *shrugs* i guess thats life though. as soon as i hear more i'll let ya'll know.

Also may I add having a strong cup of Chamomile tea it usually helps me when I cannot sleep. And as for those rumours just do your best to repel those.
