alright, so i'm going to be travelling by plane for the first time...ever.
i'm pretty scared, and coupled with a really big fear of heights...it doesn't mix well. lol.
anyway, i just ask for some calm, positive energy...so i wont go into a panic. lol

:hugz: you'll be ok dear :) I make regular 20 hour trips from brasil to the US and havent had any problems~ I hope you stay calm and have an enjoyable plane ride :)

I have a fear of heights too but I don't find flying too much of a problem (just rather boring). I always ask for protection from my Gods/Goddesses before I fly and I visualise the plane surrounded with protective energies.

You could also carry a piece of turquoise with you (or maybe yellow jasper).

I have a fear of heights too, but if I am enclosed I am fine. Take a dramaine, it will help you sleep away the fear.

Yup, take the dramamine. Also picture whatever deity in your pantheon lives in the clouds, and just tell yourself you're going to see them to say hello in person! Works for me!:abanana:

Whenever I get on an Airplane, I consider myself Dead for placing myself into an Environment where I was not Naturally Ment To Exist In.

But when I Land, I consider myself Reborn with a New Sense of Optimism as I had Successfully Survived being in the Environment where I was not ment to Exist In.

Consider is something like Halloween. It is a Trip into the Realms of Death only to be Reborn Anew Spiritually after you Land.

And dont Forget: All Life Is Eternal. All Life Reincarnates! So No Matter What Happens, You Will Be Reborn either in Body or in Spiritual Form.
