A good friend of mine had awkward medical news today.
She may have to have a hysterectomy soon, she's only 31, and she would like to expand her family...
Big decisions await her, and she could do with some strength for making them.

Yikes. That's tough. Just because you can't biologically have children doesn't mean that there aren't other alternatives. I know there are thousands of children that need to be adopted. So there are other paths to explore when one comes to an end.
