I'm in terrible pain

Hey guys! I have horrible pain in my low back and sacroiliac area. I haven't been able to do anything. I'm having trouble walking and sitting. The only relief I get is when I lay down and take pain medication. I would be so grateful for any healing energy you could send my way.

And I know from my bad back that laying down can relieve pain but if you stay on your back for too long you'll make it worse. Try sitting in a chair that isn't too low and taking short walks. A good NSAID should reduce swelling and pain that makes your muscles tense up - going further down the spiral.

I'm seeing many doctors for my condition. I'm actually having my sacroiliac joints fused as a last resort because all other conventional treatments have failed. It flared up last night so bad I thought I was going to vomit from the pain. I've been trying to take it easy and keep myself distracted but it's really tough. :(

I'm glad I read this... I had no idea what that region was called, but now that I looked it up that's the same area I have most of my pain in. I have Fibromyalgia-like symptoms all over, but the worst is in my lower back/butt area. All the time, a dull throb. Sometimes it feels hot and fiery & I can't stand it. I'll see my DR about this soon, see if he can figure out what it is...
