I've been looking for a job the last couple months without much luck. I've finally started looking through temp. employment agencies and I'm excited about the possibilities there. I'd just like to request some energy and prayers for this search (and for the way it affects my self-esteem when I think about how inadequate my previous experience probably is!) Thank you all :)
Oh, and prayers for pleasant synchronicity are always nice. ;)

Sending you energy.
Just the thought of job hunting gives me a belly ache and a dose of anxiety.

I had to take a class in how to job search in order to graduate college. I was not happy about having to take it, but after it was over I was glad I did. I walked out of that class with the ability to get any job I applied for, IF I really wanted it. THE most important thing I learned from it? The person interviewing you is just as nervous, if not more, than you are. When you meet them, give them a firm, confident handshake, and smile like you mean it. And DO mean it. This first impression will take you such a long way! Good luck in your search!:fpraise:And, keep in mind, if you don't get the job, it is because the one that is meant for you is waiting for you, keep an open mind. The job meant for you may not be what you expect, but it WILL be exactly what you need.
