Hiya,

I have a big problem, I do not know my birth time. We have tried very very hard to locate it but no success at all.

I do have a timeframe, would that be enough?

Could someone help me out??

thanks,
Starz

Hi Starz,

Post your horoscope based on a birth time that is a good guess and we will help you "rectify" from there.

Hi RedRose,

Thanks a lot.

Name :- Sarita
Date of Birth:- 11th September, 1978
Place of Birth:- Accra, Ghana, West Africa
Time of Birth :- Apparently between 8:30pm to 12midnight. Defiitely before 12 midnight.

I was a breach delivery. there were many complications during my birth. I guess thats why not many people focused on the time.

Is that ok?

Thanks again,

Starz

Hi Star123,

Only problem is that you are trying to get me to generate and post your horoscope for you when I have no time for doing it. GOOGLE "Free Horoscopes" and then create and post here a horoscope with a time that seems likely. We can help you figure out what your Rising is from there.

Chart rectification is a very complicated process, however I have found that in many cases it can be narrowed down to an approximate time by looking at a few factors. Here are a few questions about likely personality traits based on possible times. I apologize if they do not seem to fit. It's a time consuming process to analyze multiple potential charts. These are just 'off the top of my head' possibilities for the different times. If any of these describes you fairly accurately, it gives us a starting point. You may want to ask a friend for second opinions on some things, it can sometimes be difficult to asses your own character/tendencies accurately.

Do you: 1 Generally react to things more calmly than you feel on the surface, think about it before you have much to say, and take a somewhat calculated, determined approach OR
2 React quickly, say the first thing that comes to your mind, and take a somewhat scattered approach, trying many things and going with what works?

Is your line of work related to 1. Technology, communication, or customer service OR
2. Psychology, entertainment industry, or spirituality?

Do you tend to 1. Keep your 'true self' hidden, cherish privacy, and put a great deal of importance on home and family OR
2. Be very outgoing, enjoy socializing, be a bit dramatic, and like to take risks?

Are you 1. Romantic, very attached to your friends and have a great appreciation for beauty (possibly also somewhat judgmental?) OR
2. Have an interest in psychology, prone to very deep emotions, have a fascination with the deeper/darker side of human nature? OR
3. Enjoy travel, have a contemplative, philosophical tendency, and have few strong emotional attachments?

Based on what you said about your birth a time around 9:00pm sounds likely. This would be characterized by:
Reacting to things more calmly than you feel on the surface, think about it before you have much to say, and take a somewhat calculated, determined approach.
Being very outgoing, enjoy socializing, be a bit dramatic, and liking to take risks (although probably calculated risks).
Having a career related to technology, communication, or customer service.
Enjoying travel, and having a contemplative, philosophical tendency, and with few strong emotional attachments (although the ones you have are very strong).

Here are a few likely important periods in your life based on a 9:00pm birth time. Again, the descriptions are very general, just my first thoughts looking at a few important events:
1998/99 A time of great upheaval and chaos, some unexpected event such as natural disaster may have occurred. This period brought about dramatic changes in your life, and possibly caused a reversal in your view of or approach to some things (likely beginning in February, September, or November 1998). Circumstances, or their effect on you may have taken a turn for the worse in 1999 leading to traumatic time, possibly loss, such as death or illness of loved one (likely in December 1998, June 1999, or October 1999). These events may have came to public attention in some way, and brought about change in career.

2002 Period of uncertainty, and confusion. Likely a year of strange events, having implications you didn't fully comprehend until a year or two later. May have resulted from, or been related to your career.

2004 Significant changes in plans, the general direction of your life. Probably new friends and 'social circles'. Bored and disillusioned with where you were going in life, seeking new challenges and taking up new hobbies. May have brought about a lot of interest in 'online communities' (such as this forum).

This may not be any help, I just took a quick glance at a few possibilities. If any of it does sound right, we can start narrowing down some possibilities. If not, are there any very important and memorable events in your life that you remember the date? This can give a good starting point.

It might sound a little morbid, but key moments often very useful for rectification are accidents... I have used accidents to fine tune charts on many occasions. If you have a time and date of when you perhaps cut yourself relatively seriously (not a paper cut type of thing) perhaps requiring stiches - or when you perhaps fell and broke a bone... or when you were in a car crash, or burnt yourself - all of these moments can be used with positive results.
I once did some work for a woman that was getting divorced, the birth time was (supposed to be) 4.20pm - but the factors acting at the time 'didn't fit' with her natal chart - when the transits & progressions were added on top... I suggested it was perhaps closer to 4.30pm... She was insistent it was 4.20... I checked and re-checked - and then called her back - asking her to check with any source or documents or old photographs etc. She called her mother who said 'no dear - you were born at 4.29pm'...
You can also use dowsing to define a moment of birth - I knew someone that used this method and came up with 4.16am (out of a 24 hour grey area of no time at all)... I then did some work and moved the time to be 4.21am - this was then confirmed with a dated prediction and the chart was then confirmed.
It is simple in principle - but often very time consuming - you can work on a 'grey time chart' for hours, days - even weeks before getting anywhere - but you can get it right.
At least you know you're within a few hours - you might not have anything to go at all. :o) I once came across someone that actually not only didn't have any time - but even her date of birth was under question over several days. I did no work for her...
