Do you have any recommendations?
I have one book but it is down stairs will have to get the title later, but it i s a book that focuses on teaching and meditating with your children... and I actually got it from a memeber here a few years ago, and I have not completed the book with my kids yet but I certainly find it interesting.

Not strictly on meditation, a favourite book of mine - A Guide To Learning One Of Life's Most Important Skills: Happiness by Matthieu Ricard, contains a few good meditations and things related to meditation that you can think about - the value of cultivating mindfulness and so on.

I read "Mindfulness in Plain English" by this guy Gunaratana, who's written a few books on the Buddhist path. I like him and this book is very easy to follow, using the Vipassana method, or insight meditation.

The book I've used for meditation is Metu Neter, in my opinion a just fascinating book that will take a lifetime to study. It goes through a multi-step meditation process, taking you slowly to each stage. The goal is... well I'll let you read it an determine that for yourself. :)
