Man jailed over groin kicking

GUELPH, Ont. -- A 28-year-old man who claimed to be acting out of "curiosity" when he asked seven women to kick him in the groin was sentenced yesterday to 60 days in jail.

*smirks*

Reminds me of a guy that came into the adult store I worked at and asked me and my Manager to stomp on him...
People are into some different things, nothing wrong with that - But it doesn't give them permission to harass or coerce anyone else into participating.

The article made me giggle, mostly because I totally know his type.

Umm.. isn't getting kicked in the balls more than enough punishment for his crime of asking people to kick him there? This is a crime which punishes itself.

I think the 60 days in jail sentence is stupid and a waste of tax payer's money. There are far worse crimes out there which don't get jail sentences.

so why is he in jail again? I don't get it. Stupidest reason to throw someone in jail since the pedal-phile dude.

Seems like a waste to me...

A groin is a terrible thing to waste.

All of those kicks to the groin he keeps asking for are going to take their toll and may result in the dreaded E.D. disease that we keep hearing about on TV commercials.

"I didn't know kicks to the groin could lead to E.D.! But thankfully there's Levitra!"

i do know a guy who was put in the hospital and had to have a testicle removed due to being kicked in the groin. then about 5 years later he had to have the other removed cause the damage caused to it via the initial kick prior ended up causing testicular cancer.... poor guy. atleast he managed to have one kid before he lost his pride.

That has got to be one of the oddest things, like ever.

I think he's being jailed because he's creepy. as. ****.

Or, more seriously, as TWM said - he was coercing unwilling people into his fetish/fantasy, which is again - creepy.as.****. and also, illegal.

He just happened to also be a dumbass. ;)

but how do you know that some of those people weren't playing into their own fantasies? And if he does have problems with his "pride" later, that'll be less dummy genes to pass in the world

I guess it goes to show that being kicked in the testicles is no laughing matter.

As for those who actively seek to be kicked in the nuts, why stop them or punish them for it? They'll do a good enough job of eliminating themselves from the gene pool, so doesn't their crime punish/solve itself?

Maybe he knew he was a problem because of his lack of intelligence and inept skills. He figured this was the only way he wouldn't add more ignorance to an already burdened society of idiots....:hehehehe:

lol that's HILARIOUS! They are allowing him to serve his sentence on the WEEKENDS so he doesn't lose his job!

Um... no, not sure how that qualifies for a jail sentence. What if he asked for people to do something else? Like opening a door for him... would asking 7 people to hold the door open for you be considered a similar crime?

I'd think the people who actually kicked him would be more in the wrong than Mr Strange (not that I think any of them deserve a jail sentence). After all if I overheard someone say "Bugger me, it's cold" (quite a common sentence in my home region), and I DID, you can bet it'd be me the police want to talk to! Double standards I tell you! 8O

Maybe it is just his unusual form of birth control.
