I get to finaly start on my tarot photo deck. I got my new camera that takes the type of pictures I want. I also have three out fits for the Hermit, Fool and Sun card drawn up, ready to make and take :D And the magician out fit in the works...

So this will be the thread I will post progress pictures in starting I hope tomorrow if the weather cooperates.

One other thing I am working on though is the title of this deck ... my husband mentioned something along the lines of the Picturesque Tarot but not sure if that is taken yet or suitable... Once I get some pictures up I do hope some of you will be able to help me out :D

Well we did it in the rain but thankfully the tree we were under provided enough protection that it did not get drops on my lens. Once I get my computer back then I will post the pictures :D:boing:

Ok so I thought my hubby was only doing one card for the deck heheh I just decided he will be doing the death card to. I am looking for an appropriate Scythe and skull face or paint.

As for the Fool and Sun cards those are still being waited upon since we have nothing but rain storms and crap this week... will keep you posted :D

I just wanted to let you all know I did get the sun card done I am just trying to access my computer to get them uploaded. I think they turned out better then I had planned :D

Thank you Misty this is going to be about a two year project there are some members here who are going to be helping me with this deck. So as a result we have to save up money for travel expenses, as well as me making the costumes and any props that I need :)


Can't wait to see them! :) I am about to put them on this computer I am using at present and just will have to watermark them and then they will be up any additional ones from the shoot will be on my deviant art account.

OK finally found PS and here you go the first card :) I like this picture because of the clouds and how the Sun broke through.. And of course Suki's smile and triumphant smile and arm in the air I think caught the essence of what the Sun card means to me :)

I will post the second one to just to see which you think is better I like it to but you can hardly see Suki's face. BRB

PS: we did not get to the park I wanted to use for the location but I like the spontaneous pictures we did much better then what I had planned :D

So here is the second one. I like it for similar reasons I did the previous card but with her face hidden by the sun a bit I am not sure if it is good enough to use as a card. I also like the light reflection in front of her to.

I got a feeling to go with the other one but still Speak up potential Tarot buyers :D

The Fool card is next my son is eager to go. But since the park I wanted to use for the location is closed now I have two other options so stay tuned.

Thank you :D As I am doing each card I decided to write the meanings for the book/booklet that will go with it. It has been an eye opener :)

Both Sun photos are good. This one however captures more Suki's joy and shine in conjunction with the sun. I prefer this one.
The other one is good too but is more focused on just the sun itself.

Very nice photos though. I like the hermit pic as well. :)
