My favorite is still the guy who tried to rob a store using the old trick of putting his fingers under his coat and pretending they were a gun, but forgot to put them under his coat.

Then there was the guy who paid for a drill with a $100 dollar bill which was immediately put in the lock-box, pulled out a gun and demanded the money in the cash register, which came to $95, then went off and forgot his drill.
