I just wanted to say a prayer of thanks to Mother Earth for the beautiful gifts she has given us. I sit hear looking out over thirteen absolutely beautiful acres of hills and trees and flowers and wildlife! :sunny: Everything is in bloom and rich green. The family of deer that live in our woods have come back around after a particularly harsh winter here in MI. The pheasants are mating - made apparant by their loud calls to each other. We have a rabbit who comes right up to the house to eat every evening. (My two year old daughter tells me it's the Easter bunny here to bring her more candy. :) ) The ground hog is still living under the shed, but hopefully will find a new home in the woods soon. The falcons, hawks, blue birds and vultures all fill the air with their grace.
At night the only sounds heard are wind and the croaking of the frogs. There are no city lights out here so the stars shine brightly and when the moon is full She lights the whole house!
What an awesome wonder Mother Earth is! I feel so blessed to live where I do and to be able to enjoy Her blessings! :p
