As you recall I was doing a spell to help us get a house.
For those of you interested in how it went.... well,.......I'm never doing a spell for me or my husband again!!!
I did as I would do a spell for anyone else.... yes, all the right wording and such, even gave it a time line. Well, you have me for the banks failing, interest rates up and now we don't even know if we can get a loan at all!:hairred:
I guess I'm never to ask for things for me.
At least there was a good side effect for my kids. (I had them in my thoughts too as I did the spell) Both my 2nd son and my daughter got approved just before the crash! My son already found his house and had his bid accepted. My daughter may have hers by the end of the month. Neither were looking until I did the spell.:weirdsmil

Umm, I'm pretty sure that had nothing to do with your spell.

In any case, connection or no connection, I would not blame yourself to the point of saying that you will never do a spell for yourself again. Before you completely dismiss it, go back, see if there was something you missed. Even if not, try it again.
Either way, :hugz: and may the things you need the most make their way to you~

Hmm, maybe you were more worried about your kids having their own homes than getting a new one yourself? That could have affected the outcome.
Maybe you rushed the timeline, not realizing what was about to happen to the financial state of the country, it could still happen? ... maybe the right house for you wasn't available yet? ...maybe the financial crisis scared the folks who would have sold your perfect house and they decided to wait until the market picks up again and they can get a batter selling price? Don't sell your spell skills short just yet, m'kay?

I agree with pretty much everything said here. The events may not be connected. However, even if they were, that is no reason to give up on spell work. I know I screwed up many times but hey, you don't stop learning to ride a bike because you scraped your knee once. Just get rght back on hon. Good luck to you and all of your future endeavors.

No, no, no!
There is not time in the non-physical assets of things.
Your house is on its way, now its patients and knowing its coming.
I used magic too and 3 yrs later had my dream place.
If you give up so easily on your magic, it may just give up on you!
Did you ever think thats all this crash stuff going on may be the ticket to set you up in your dream home at a low price thats is beyond your expectations?
We got our place at the beginning of foreclosures and ours was dirt cheap because it was one of the abandoned properties.
Before our place was foreclosed its selling price was 3 times what we paid.
Heck we had equity when we bought it! We bought our place for below the darn 'tax' value even!
Dont give up so easily and don't dismiss your magic as a failure. What we think does affect what we get. The magic is in the power of your feelings. Believe it will come and it will, just keep your eyes open so you dont miss it.
When the time is right that magic will bloom!
