Scorpio/Sag Rising??

I'm not sure how to tell what I am, since I was born during daylight savings time! I was born at 8:35 PM in fargo nd on april 28 1990.

If I adjust back an hour, it's still Scorpio, and forward an hour is Sag, but I'm not even sure how to adjust or if I need to. I seem to identify more with Scorpio, but Sagittarius isn't out of the question sooo.

Any help would be appreciated! xo

Your ascendant is Scorpio. I have a similar thing; according to DS I was born in the Pisces time, but instead I roll back an hour so it becomes Aquarius time instead, which definitely fits me instead of Pisces.

Naturally, I do find the roll-back to be necessary, due to the artificial alteration of Daylight Saving. So indeed, you are Scorpio Rising. :)
