3 babies

My daughter gave birth this morning to her daughter at 6:44am

6lbs 13 ou and 18 3/4 inches long
she is perfect and healthy and so is my daughter


Today also the twins were taken and they are early and struggling, and while good baby thoughts are always welcome -- those two boys need the boost.

nope my daughter had her daughter, and it was perfection and fast and she made it look simple


yesterday was a special day for some reason however, because it was also the day the the twins were taken early


so our family has a girl healthy and perfect, probably coming home in a few hours

and two boys that are in NICU, working harder then little babies should ever have too

like most families that is not a simplistic answer, if you really need a label the easiest label i suppose is "cousins "

In our family, we have rid ourselves of the idiots and the excess, and kept the good and the love. And we are family -- in this time and age with out marriages, and with mixed families -- labels are a bit silly and dated. But hey that is just for us! Black and white and labels and places make sense for some folks :)

Erm... we're just trying to figure out whose twins they were, that's all, and how it relates to you. Friend, sister, daughter, niece, aunt, cousin...? It's not about idiotic labels, it's about trying to understand who we're talking about here. Is she your daughter's friend? Your niece? Your cousin's daughter? What exactly? :)

Either way, I'm glad they're doing well!

People that are comfortable sending energy to new babies, are encouraged to do so. And this is the ENERGY thread.

People that are interested in a white board drawing and labels, are dismissed as un needed distractions.

Until when ever we have time, and or feel a need to explain the details of our lives.


It is simple really you care about babies and sending good thoughts, or you dont and move on.

And people wonder why I dont bother with a lot of threads here anymore ... shakes head, really you wonder??

I feel for the twin's parents... I too, had a child in the NICU and it was a terrifying experience. I thank my deity every single day that he lived and is a strong healthy little guy now.

Jeeze, calm down. I was just friendly asking whose babies they were. It helps me be able to direct the energy I'm sending. You know. "Oh, this is Sarah's baby," or, "This is my friend's baby." It just makes it clearer for me.

But, whatever. People will get offended over anything.

In 12 days we have had a miscarriage, a death, a wedding and 3 new babies.

Your love of details, that are not your own, and soap operas and thoughts that you know what is best are not helping, are not energy that is good (and last time i checked what this area is for)

Thank you but no thank you -- stay in your box, away from us.

And yes Dav's baby is still doing great -- pictures when we have them :)

And we KNEW the twins would have to be taken early and would go to NICU. Her new mom fears have all been met with text book perfect how it should go :) yayness

Both babies are off the oxygen?? That's WONDERFUL!! *thanks deity for that small step*

I hope everyone continues to improve... I want to hear about the twins going home happy and healthy very, very soon.

And :hugz: to you Hope... You have so much on your shoulders right now and I hope your loved ones realize just how much you care about them. All of them.

Give that beautiful new granddaughter of yours a kiss for me please. And give one to each of the twins for me when you are able to. I can't wait to see pics of any of the babies, I know they're all very beautiful and precious.

Yes we were excited! Hopefully the first part of January if all continues to go well, they can go home.

We finally have some of the wedding pics, so by that schedule baby ones by next week ha ha ha

Awww Congradulations on the twins doing better, and congradulations on being a grand mere. I love lil new lifes (babies) and I always hope with all my love and hope that they dont suffer as others have suffered. I am sorry if you have felt people have pushed you to feel as if people are gossiping, I think sometimes it may just be human nature, wanting to know details. But regardless of what may appear bottom line is we all have hope for the new borns. Ill or healthy, we all pray that they receive postive energy :boing:

Grandbaby is doing perfect. We had a bit of concern with her being so calm and sleeping and not wanting to eat. You have to really watch their blood sugars.

But she is doing fine, she got a big GULP of fluid when she was born, and that settles in and is heavy - but has good protein and sugar. So she was using that and kinda puking it up in parts.

It was amazing cause she nursed 30 minutes, as soon as she was cleaned up - after birth. So then her not eating was odd - laughs

But mom and dad and baby are a natural family, calm and well.

I DO wish we had a picture though of when my son came home, and took the baby and laid on the couch with her, to talk and stare at her and hold her; and they fell asleep together :)

Giggles he is the uncle, it is my daughters baby.

And he is all tough, and tall and such lol and melts! with little people.

He has a pretty huge heart :)

twins are doing so well, and more then holding their own
looks like they may get to come home the end of the year and BEFORE the new year

also grand baby gained 1 ounce, and is doing perfectly

mommy of the twins, who had the c-section 5 days ago is looking beautiful and moving around really well!
