For as long as I can remember I have dreamed, imagined and even remembered things not in first person, as in threw my own eyes, but in third person… as though I’m floating just a bit above and to the side of myself, so I can see myself as well as the people and things around me.
It was something I never really thought about and then when I did start to think about it I couldn’t really control it, I have a very difficult time getting into my own eyes, if that makes any sense at all. I can do it for a moment, and can always feel thing things happening to the me that I see, but when I’m not concentrating only on staying in my own body (either spiritual when visualizing/meditating or memories) I drift back out again.
So this leads to a few questions. Dose anyone else experience something like this? And could this be considered a ‘problem’ in any way? (as far as effective visualization/energy work)
