One of my resolutions this year is to start a regular meditation practice. I very much enjoy guided meditation and have tried some CDs (in particular Penczak) but as those can get pretty expensive I started looking toward meditation podcasts. It seems like there are a lot out there but, as with all podcasts, I'm sure some are great and some are not so great, and it can take a long time to weed through the garbage. So I was wondering if anyone has recommendations?

www.learningmeditation.com has some interesting short meditations. I don't know if they are podcast or not, but they are great little quickies. I think the longest is just over ten minutes.

i have found a few good guided meditations through the podcast search on iTunes.
A Witch's Primer has a good one for meditating on finding your spirit guide. It is Lesson 5A

For anyone who is still interested I have been listening to Meditation Oasis and Meditation Station alot. I esp like the ZZZZZZ podcast from meditation station for falling asleep (something that I often have trouble with).
