dreams of being attacked by animals

lately i have been dreaming about being attacked by animals, specificaly (that i can rememeber), cougars (twice, once swatting at me, last night, it ripped a kids leg off.. and we were trying to fix it and put it back on.. and it had poisin in it.. and my right thumb got poison on it..), cows (i dreamt that talking cows were trying to eat me and signing "meat tastes sooo good.. uh huh uh huh), a ferret (i was at a SPCA, looking at the animals.. and a ferret was running around and bit me on my leg), wolves (scroungy looking ones, stealing stuff from me)... so.. is it just that bad times are coming (read in dream dictionary) or, something from the gods?! please help, maybe it will make the dreams make more sense, and go away. please and thanks :D

are you a vegetarian? thinking of being one? I am not saying
do or dont, but it sounds like an animal cruelty issue running
through your mind.......

no, i'm not a vegitarian. I really enjoy eating meat, and i don't think that i have been feeling bad about it at all, that i'm aware of... but i usualy don't eat cougar, ferret or wolf. :D I could see about the cow thing though :ack:

yes, but the cougar and wolf are an "oppressed" species in a way.
Losing their enviroments. The ferret is a wild animal that has
been domesticated to be a pet.(based on a movie or two I think! Beastmaster.:) )

so these things could be jostling around in your mind and bothering
you a bit. Had you already read the vegetarian thread before
these dreams?

Their could also be a message in the dream, but I would need more
information on the dream and the dreamer. If you are very
curious, and I assume you are since you posted this, then I could
move this to the divination forum for you and see what they say?
