View Full Version : Different types of one sign

Hi,
In my very honest but humble opinion, I think each star sign has different layers. For instance, a Pisces isn't one type but many. A person born under Pisces in February (Amethyst) may be quite different to the March Piscean (Aquamarine). Then the two cusp Pisceans close to Aquarius and Aries will also be different to the other Pisces. I also think that the March Aries associates well with Bloodstone than Aquamarine. I think that there's something potent and esoteric regarding specific dates, years, moon phases and other aspects that happen when someone is born.
I'm Aries born in March and I don't have much in common with other Aries people. Yet I share similarities with those who are March Pisces. Saying that I'm a Fire sign and a fire of March, and Aries, is more quieter than the aggressive April Aries fire and Diamond. What do others think of this?

I think that's very true. There's a lot of other influences, the moon, the other planets and so on, isn't there, and I know what you mean, as I'm right at the start of Sagittarius but I do think I share rather more in common with Scorpio that a lot of what they say about Sagittarius. I do rather feel more Water than Fire; Steam, maybe, if you like.

I'd say that's probably true. I'd also look into what other signs are at play, I'm a Pisces but I have a lot of signs in Aries and that makes me both a typical Pisces and atypical at the same time. So it would make sense that those born in the same month would have some very similar traits with different astrological signs, and those with different astrological signs could have similar traits with those born in the same month.

I agree with all the above but, like Sheepie said, you'd have to look at other signs/planet aspects especially the moon and rising (ascendant). This is what makes astrology such an amazing thing- no two people are exactly alike!

also, each sign has three decadents, (ten day periods) so which decadent you are born under could influence it, as well as environment, life experience, and a few other variables.
The more information you can provide your astrologer, then the clearer the reading.

I agree!!
And for that reason I base my astrological readings of people on 3 signs.
Birth, Moon and Rising.
:cutie:
FYI: I'm Capricorn, Pisces and Cancer.
ETA: Probably why people assume I'm a water sign so often!

yes, I think where your moon is, and your rising sign are important.

Totally,
I'm not a typical capricorn because of mine!

Interesting...my rising is capricorn and moon is cancer!
Oh and I bet you're quite intuitive. :)

I know two Sun Aries which are rather calm and gentle, they reminds me a lot the pisces, perhaps they were born near the pisces phase, if not it is probably because of something else in their natal chart =)
I'm a sun libra but my Cap moon, scorp mercury&venus, leo rising, and other stuffs, make me different from the other libras, astrology is fun
