I have issues with meditating due to pathetic neighboors and a child.
I purchased this game called journey to the wild divine. it is a Training Program for Guided Meditations, relaxation etc. the graphics are tooooo beautiful. its around 300 dollars but it is worth it. I play it every time I have time. my 3 year old plays it. one min he is running around harassing me and after he plays he is more calm. after I play I feel so much better. You have to check out their site. My next purchase is healing rhythms. best investment i have made

I got the journey to the wild divine a couple of years ago. It is pretty cool and does a good job helping you learn to meditate by using biofeedback.

I need to practice it more though (it's been a while -- haven't used it since we moved.) I was stuck at the part where you have to open the door by making the chakra spots light up. It's tough!

I had a problem with that one too. My three year old got it open real quick. he just remained calm, and watched the light travel down he really likes the game, he is in awe and just watches what goes on. he knows when to be calm and exicted, like when he needs to make the balls dance. he jumps in his seat, I truly enjoy the game. I think its the best thing around.
enjoy it again
