My father in law came up yesterday (Drove) from NJ to NH to visit till monday. He got a call this morning that His dog, Pebbles is very sick (bleeding and throwing up) and will have to be put down.
She's very old..
Any energy you can spare that he gets back safe and that pebbles rests peacefully is appreciated.
He said he would drive back up tonight or be here early tomorrow morning. ( We only see him a few times a year)
My husband is really upset that she is sick and that his dad had to leave.

I'm sorry for you and your family's loss. Pets are such wonderful members of family, too, often times. :hugz:
Good vibes sent your way, especially for your husband and father-in-law. I hope she has safe travels to whatever's on "the other side," and won't experience much pain.

Energies sent. It's hearbreaking to loose a beloved pet, even when they've lived a good, long life. Peace and comfort to your hubby and his father. :hugz:

Thanks :) My husband and his mother had her as a puppy and then gave her to his grandmother..
he made it home safe and is taking her now (3:00pm) to the vet.

Thank You , Lunacie. :hugz:
Yes very hard. Pebbles was such a great dog. My husband said he was upset almost to tears when he heard this morning that his dad had to go home and even worse when he heard why.. He's sleeping now so he can be up when his dad gets back.
His dad is suppose to call us when he leaves.
